Kate discovers that someone knows the secret of Aaron's true parental lineage. Meanwhile, the dramatic shifts through time are placing the lives of the remaining island survivors in extreme peril.

• Ryan Ozawa (Hawaii resident, spoiler source): A small beach camp and luggage bearing the word "BESIXDOUZE" was spotted. Besixdouze is the name of Rousseau's ship.

On the island, Daniel attempts to figure out why Charlotte, Miles, Juliet, and possibly others are getting nosebleeds. In the future, Kate, Sun, and Ben discuss Aaron while Jack tries to help Sayid after he has a confrontation with the new character Tony. Locke has a discussion with a man named Ethan at the Beechcraft; it is unknown if Ethan is Ethan Rom.
